AAC Technologies,as Apple Supplier,Participates in the 4th CISCE On June 22, the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) officially kicked off at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. AAC Technologies participated in the expo alongside Apple as a member of its supply chain.
During the event, Sabih Khan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Apple, held in-depth discussions at the booth with Pan Zhengmin, Executive Director and CEO of AAC Technologies, and Kelvin Pan, Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of the company.

AAC Technologies has partnered with Apple for 18 years. It initially supplied microphones for MacBook, and now provides a wide range of components, including Acoustic and Taptic Engine, precision metal structures and Vapor Chamber modules for multiple product lines such as iPhone, MacBook and Apple Watch. To date, AAC Technologies’ cumulative shipments to Apple have exceeded 8.6 billion units.
At the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) this year, AAC Technologies demonstrated how intelligent technologies drive industrial quality improvement and upgrading, and vividly presented the positive outcomes of deep integration between artificial intelligence (AI) and physical manufacturing.

Intelligent Closed-Loop Taptic Engine Assembly Line—On-site display of the self-developed and manufactured maglev automated production line for Taptic Engine assembly and testing. The production line achieves strict micron-level alignment tolerance. Integrated with the factory smart control system, it conducts real-time performance testing on every Taptic Engine. AI accurately captures sensitivity deviations, intelligently traces upstream processes and automatically issues parameter adjustment instructions, forming a complete closed-loop optimization framework from performance testing to process tuning.
AI Anodizing Dyeing Solution—Trained on massive volumes of production data, the large AI model performs rapid intelligent deduction based on real-time multi-factor variables such as on-site pH levels and temperature, and outputs the optimal dyeing time scheme. Featuring continuous self-learning capability, the model fully addresses the long-standing challenge of reliance on manual color adjustment and significantly boosts the efficiency of high-end appearance manufacturing processes.
Factory Smart Control System—Integrating the AI Closed-Loop Dispensing Control System with the Production Data Deviation Detection and Auto-Correction. In micron-level dispensing operations, the system monitors diverse process data in real time, combines real-time product imagery, and intelligently optimizes dispensing volume and path via AI algorithms. For production line fluctuations, it detects subtle abnormal trends and automatically triggers root-cause analysis, precisely locates and ejects problematic carriers, realizing a fundamental leap from “post-production troubleshooting” to “proactive control.”
During the discussions, Pan Zhengmin noted that AAC Technologies and Apple maintain close collaboration throughout the entire R&D, design and manufacturing process. Pursuing mutual growth and innovative development, the two parties will accelerate the deep integration of AI and manufacturing, and jointly set a new benchmark for supply chain cooperation.
