In terms of sound, the Galaxy Z Fold6 debuts with AAC Technologies’ dual ultra-slim stereo speakers, while the Galaxy Z Flip6 is equipped with AAC Technologies’ dual stereo speakers, providing users with immersive stereo sound experiences. The ultra-slim speakers exclusively customized by AAC Technologies for both new smartphones have set a new industry standard for ultra-slim speakers.

Compared to conventional carbon steel magnetic conductive materials, the Fe-Co alloy delivers a magnetic saturation induction increase of 13%+, significantly enhancing speaker performance and achieving superior sound quality. Furthermore, these ultra-slim speakers employ low-temperature rubber diaphragms, ensuring high stability in complex environments such as extreme temperatures, thereby maintaining consistently delightful sound quality.
In terms of structural design, AAC Technologies’ engineers have for the first time implemented a 3D-Mesh design within the individual units of the ultra-slim speakers, breaking through the traditional limitations of box space design. Additionally, they utilized a bending FPC design to expand the magnetic circuit space and employed an integrated molding process, further enhancing the performance of the whole smartphone.

According to tests conducted by AAC Technologies’ haptics lab, an aspect ratio between 1.6:1 and 2:1 allows the actuator to operate at its optimal level, even with the same area.
