Part 1 Unveiling Humanoid Robot Solutions: Shaping the Future Through Global Collaboration

AAC Technologies’ humanoid robot solutions made their overseas debut. Focusing on the two core dimensions of “perception” and “execution,” AAC Technologies showcased key technological achievements encompassing dexterous robotic hands, linear joints, as well as sensing and acoustic solutions. By establishing a complete technology chain for humanoid robots—covering both fine manipulation and environmental sensing—the presentation attracted significant interest and active engagement from attendees, receiving an enthusiastic onsite response.

In terms of robotic execution systems, the dexterous hand solution became a highlight of the booth. AAC Technologies showcased high-degree-of-freedom (DoF) tendon-driven dexterous robotic hands and high-reliability linkage-driven dexterous robotic hands, built upon two leading technical routes. The exhibit also featured an interactive experience area. The high DoF tendon-driven dexterous robotic hands utilize tendon transmission combined with AAC Technologies’ self-developed motor drive. Designed at a 1:1 scale to the human hand, they feature 18 active DoF and 22 joints throughout the hand—placing them firmly in the top tier of the industry. After hands-on interaction, participants spoke highly of their compactness and remarkable dexterity. The high-reliability linkage-driven dexterous robotic hands utilize a precision linkage transmission design and AAC Technologies’ self-developed motor drive, delivering 11 active DoF across 20 joints. Prioritizing balance and reliability, these hands feature a thinner, more compact design compared to leading industry peers, positioning them at the forefront of mainstream solutions in the field.
