The Company follows business ethics, and provides employees with a grievance mechanism.

Evaluate, improve and adjust working conditions in line with overall economic trends and performance

Respect all employees and treat them fairly and humanely regardless of race, religion, color, gender, nationality, age, and disability in employee hiring, training, performance management, selection, and payroll calculation.
