Recently, AAC Technologies’ JYUN5DEI6 achieved the mass production of its ATAHORAN series 2.2MW/2.6MW centralized liquid-cooling CDUs and started global batch delivery simultaneously. With a monthly delivery capacity of 400 units, it firmly ranks among the top tier in the industry.

The 2.2MW and 2.6MW models represent the pinnacle of high-power specifications currently available in the commercial liquid-cooling CDU market, purpose-built for next-generation AI computing centers and supercomputing clusters. Due to the stringent requirements for proprietary core technology, stability under extreme operating conditions, and international certifications, only a select few companies worldwide have the capacity to mass-produce them.

JYUN5DEI6 has built a dedicated assembly line and an integrated testing line for large-megawatt CDUs of 2MW and above. In addition to standardized assembly processes, locked-in key parameters, and intelligent takt-time management, it has established a triple quality control system encompassing its in-house testing, customer verification, and third-party authoritative testing. Each piece of equipment undergoes rigorous testing, including seal integrity and pressure resistance testing, 48-hour continuous burn-in testing, high/low temperature adaptability testing, and transport vibration testing. With a “one unit, one file” full-lifecycle traceability system, JYUN5DEI6 ensures high consistency, stability, and reliability of product performance in mass production.

With a monthly CDU delivery capacity of 400 units, JYUN5DEI6 now ranks among the top three suppliers in China. Its production capacity is highly scalable, ensuring its ability to meet the batch deployment needs of intelligent computing centers and supercomputing clusters worldwide. Its centralized liquid-cooling CDU solutions are applied in projects such as the Shanghai Unicom Lingang Computing Center, the Guangzhou Turing AI New Intelligent Computing Center, the BNU Zhuhai Supercomputing Center, and the Shenzhen Avary Computing Center.
