As Xingji Meizu’s steadfast partner, AAC Technologies collaborated closely with them to co-create an innovative customized sensory system solution for Meizu 21, offering users a truly immersive and transcendent experience in haptics, audio reproduction, and sound pickup.
Master-Level Dual Super-Linear Speakers Bring Immersive Sound and Exquisite Audio Quality
Meizu 21 is the first smartphone product that passes the QQ Music Premium Certification and supports premium panoramic sound output. The entire series adopts the Dual Stereo SLS super linear speaker solution from AAC Technologies, delivering an exceptional immersive auditory experience beyond expectations.
Meizu 21 is equipped with a bottom-mounted SLS1115E, a master-level low-frequency speaker featuring a 0.65mm high excursion. With upgrades to the internal magnetic and vibration system compared to its predecessor, SLS1115K, the low-frequency volume has notably increased by 2dB in small package. The mid-frequency response has also increased by nearly 1.5dB, resulting in a more powerful and balanced bass, with improved clarity and richness in the midrange. Users can indulge in a more immersive and delicate “master tape-level” acoustic experience.
On the top side, the SLS1012D super linear speaker utilizes additive manufacturing of electronics (AME) full-metal packaging technology. It boasts a smaller size while significantly improving shock absorption and sound leakage prevention. With a maximum excursion of 0.55mm, it delivers a stronger volume compared to previous products, further optimizing low-frequency performance while consuming less power, resulting in superior sound output.
A Full-Stack Solution, Delivering Meizu’s Most Immersive Vibration Experience Ever
In terms of haptics, Meizu 21 is equipped with AAC Technologies’ Full-Stack Solution: the large-volume actuator CSA0916, in-house actuator driver chip RT6010, and RichTap® software algorithm. Together, they deliver a more abundant, delicate, and immersive vibration experience, satisfying users’ expectations for high-quality haptic experiences in all aspects.
The CSA0916 actuator in Meizu 21 boasts an impressive volume of 602mm³, providing outstanding performance advantages in terms of high vibration volume, fast start-stop performance, and wide frequency range. This results in a more powerful and detailed vibration feedback experience. AAC’s in-house actuator driver chip, RT6010, features an embedded ISRC algorithm that reduces processor power consumption, enhances program execution efficiency and stability, and meets the customized braking speed requirements. This helps the actuator achieve optimal performance and faithfully reproduces high-fidelity haptic experiences that perfectly match multiple scenarios.
Furthermore, with fine-tuning from AAC Technologies’ haptic effect designers, Meizu 21’s Flyme system has been further optimized for its built-in 20 categories of system vibrations. Thanks to the integration of the RichTap® haptics solution, Meizu 21 is compatible with a variety of haptic ecosystems, supporting over 500 high-quality vibration effects for popular games, input methods, social media apps, and more. This enables users to enjoy immersive haptic experiences in various scenarios and dimensions through their devices.
Small Package Digital High-Performance Microphones Designed to Deliver A High-Quality Sound Pickup Experience
In terms of sound pickup, Meizu 21 is equipped with two small package digital high-performance microphones from AAC Technologies. Compared to mainstream products, they feature an ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and excellent acoustic overload point (AOP) performance. This ensures the purity and wide dynamic range of captured sound, accurately reproducing the rich details of the original audio signal and delivering high-definition voice calls and recording quality.
