Flagship performance and imaging
AAC Technologies and realme join hands to launch GT Neo 5, a fashionable device for e-sports.
On the afternoon of February 9, realme launched realme GT Neo 5, a masterpiece with fully upgraded performance, controllability, heat dissipation, and battery life to bring users a brand-new ultimate experience.
In terms of imaging, realme GT Neo 5 has declared its manifesto as “flagship performance and imaging.” With an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens from AAC OPTICS, a subsidiary of AAC Technologies, Neo 5 allows consumers to enjoy the fun of photographing through a 112-degree field of view.
In terms of sound, it is equipped with SLS super linear speakers from AAC Technologies and high-performance microphones powered by chips independently developed by AAC Technologies. Compared with the previous generation of products, the speakers’ amplitude are further improved to enable clearer and more realistic sound quality, providing players with a delightfully game experience. In addition, the dual-microphone configuration greatly improves noise reduction and voice quality when hands-free mode is activated, which can help to provide users with clear and smooth audio and video call and recording experiences in multiple scenarios.
In terms of the vibration experience that concerns players the most, the phone is equipped with RichTap®, a software and hardware integrated touch solution from AAC Technologies, to adapt more high-quality vibrations in the RichTap® mobile game vibration ecosystem, providing players with more real, delicate, and high-quality haptics.
AAC Technologies Helps BBK Create “Magic Learning Tools”
On February 4, BBK launched M3, a learning machine with an ultra-large screen. Featuring a 15.6-inch photo-etching paper-like screen, AI-based precise learning guidance, dual microphones, dual speakers, and other excellent configurations and functions, M3 is designed to be a new efficient and comfortable learning tool for children.
To better meet user’ needs for intelligent recognition and interactions, it has been equipped with a sensory experience solution integrating visual, auditory, and other senses from AAC Technologies to comprehensively upgrade the imaging, sound quality, sound pickup, and other features
As for imaging, the 16-megapixel camera provided by AAC OPTICS, a subsidiary of AAC Technologies, boasts an ultra-thin lens with a height of just 4.38 mm, which helps M3 build a multiple-AI eye-protection system. As one of the core components of the “smart eyes,” the lens can accurately identify paper textbooks and the location pointed by children with their fingers, and then use fingertip positioning and intelligent image recognition technologies to support reading, answer searching, or other subsequent features, which is one of the things parents and children like the most.
As for auditory experiences, M3 uses SLS speakers and high-performance microphones tailored by AAC Technologies. With a maximum amplitude of 0.5 mm and a 4cc+ large rear cavity, SLS speakers boast high loudness, superb fidelity, great sound quality, and other excellent characteristics. Compared with ordinary flat-panel speakers, they feature a deeper bass limit and thick and full mids.
M3 is the first learning machine which is equipped with the SLS super linear platform of AAC Technologies. Combined with sound effects specially tuned for human voices, the design of double speakers at the bottom can enable an intensified and clearer speaker experience, helping to improve the efficiency of online courses.
The dual-microphone linear array and noise reduction algorithms are also provided to enable stunning sound pickup for M3, minimize the impact of ambient noise, and clearly pick up every word from children. Therefore, children can accurately convey their questions to teachers even in a noisy environment.
